Flameless Electric Thermal Oxidizer (FTO)

The Flameless Electric Thermal Oxidizer (FTO) represents Intellishare Environmental Inc.’s continued commitment to innovation in providing clean air solutions for environmental remediation. The FTO offers the benefit of high temperature thermal destruction combined with the convenience and reliability of electric operation. With natural gas and propane prices increasing, it makes sense to use reliable electricity to heat thermal oxidizers. The pre-heater of the FTO can literally be turned off as hydrocarbon rates increase. The FTO reduces power consumption by over 70% via a proprietary heat recovery system that utilizes heat
generated from hydrocarbon destruction
to pre-heat the incoming vapors. For the
FTO, vapor power translates into
significant utility cost savings.
